What the First Call Looks Like
The intake coordinator will ask about the situation in broad terms: what substance is involved, how long the problem has been going on, whether the person has any known medical or psychiatric conditions, and what the family’s expectations are. Based on that information, they will explain which of our treatment tracks is most appropriate, whether that is our residential addiction program, the psychiatric services track for patients with co-occurring mental health conditions, or a specialized program such as female rehabilitation.
They will also walk you through the practical details: what admission involves, what the patient should bring, how the first 48 hours of medical assessment and stabilization work, and what the treatment timeline looks like for the specific type of addiction you are dealing with.
If you are calling from Lahore, Peshawar, Karachi, or anywhere outside Islamabad, the entire intake conversation can happen over the phone. Families who are local to Islamabad and Rawalpindi often prefer to visit the Bani Gala facility first, and we welcome that.
When Families Typically Reach Out

Visiting the Center
Healing Door Rehab Center is at Main Jinnah Road, Bani Gala, Islamabad, opposite Mezan Bank. If you are driving from the Islamabad Expressway side, Bani Gala is approximately 15 minutes from Chak Shahzad. From Rawalpindi, the drive is about 30 to 40 minutes depending on traffic via the IJP Road or Murree Road corridors.
Walk-in OPD visits are available 10 AM to 6 PM, seven days a week. For a scheduled private tour, call the number below and the intake team will set a time that works for you.
We also welcome patients travelling from further away, including Peshawar, Swat, Lahore, Karachi, Multan and other cities across Pakistan. If you are coming from out of town, our admissions team arranges a smooth, discreet arrival so you have one less thing to worry about.
