The flight is short.
Direct flights from Riyadh and Jeddah reach Islamabad in roughly 4 hours, and Dammam is a similar short journey. This is not a journey to the other side of the world; it is the same flight thousands of Pakistani workers take home every month.
The time difference is only 2 hours.
Pakistan is 2 hours ahead of Saudi Arabia, so family in the Kingdom and our team in Islamabad can talk at normal hours. If you remain in Saudi Arabia while your son or brother is treated here, daily contact is simple. If the patient is a worker whose family is in Pakistan, everyone is in the same time zone already.
