Confidential assessment

Nothing is shared with any employer or third party, or with anyone the patient has not authorised. The only exceptions are those the law requires, or where information must be shared to prevent serious harm, explained before admission.
Medical review

Travel planning
We help you plan travel around the patient’s leave from work. Most families fly into Islamabad International Airport, usually on a direct flight from Dubai.
Arrival, coordinated
The patient’s arrival at Islamabad International Airport is coordinated with your family, and the exact arrangement is confirmed during the admission call. A family member is welcome to travel with him.
Admission and medical detox
On arrival, the patient is medically assessed and, where needed, detox is managed under doctor supervision so withdrawal is as safe and comfortable as possible.
Family updates
With the patient’s consent, the family receives scheduled progress updates from our team through the nominated contact, and family sessions are arranged during treatment, in person for relatives in Pakistan and by phone where possible. Before the first day ends, the family receives its first update call.

How long should my loved one take leave from work in the UAE?
Most residential programmes run for several weeks, and detox plus early recovery usually needs at least 4 to 6 weeks. After the medical review, we will advise an honest timeframe so you can plan leave properly instead of rushing treatment.
Will his employer in the UAE find out?
No. Admission is completely confidential. We do not contact employers or any other third party, and information is shared only with the people the patient authorises; the only exceptions are those the law requires, or where sharing is needed to prevent serious harm, explained before admission. Families usually describe the trip simply as travel home to Pakistan during leave.
Can a family member travel with him and visit?
Yes. A family member can accompany the patient, and relatives in Pakistan can visit at the centre in Bani Gala and join family sessions. Family in the UAE receive scheduled progress updates through the nominated contact, with the patient’s permission, and can join family sessions by phone where possible.
What if he refuses to come for treatment?
